Develop design, implement, and analyze organizational wide and/or unit specific employee survey's using qualitative methods (face to face interviews) and/or quantitative methods (written questionnaires), and telephone polls. Survey topics could include organizational health and effectiveness, organizational structure, morale/satisfaction, team atmosphere/coworker assessment, leadership/management, communication, conflict assessment, community leadership scans, customer service needs, and other key issues. A key feature of this service is processes that guarantee the confidentiality of participants. An emphasis is placed on suggestions for improvement, employee involvement, and benchmarking for future assessments and accountability. An employee committee consisting of known and respected organizational members often guide these projects. Either verbal and/or written reports of the survey results are provided in a report sensitive to legal concerns, human resource protocols and other social/political issues.
